2. The petitioner seeks grant of education loan. He is a first year B.Tech student in a reputed institution. He hails from poor economic background. 1/3

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the Bank submitted that no application is pending.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent on 30.11.2023 at 11.00 a.m and submit his application along with all the relevant documents. The respondent shall consider the petitioner's application as per the relevant norms. Decision will be taken by the respondent as expeditiously as possible.
