This petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No. 30 of 2013 on the file of the respondent No.2 and entrust the same to the respondent No.3 for investigation of the case, by a competent officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case in Crime No.30 of 2013 has been transferred from the 2nd respondent police to the file of the City Crime Branch, Trichy.
