The petitioner/A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 310(2) of BNS 1/4

Act, in Crime No.233 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the enquiry conducted by the respondent Police. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. List the matter on 31.10.2025. Till such time, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation.
