ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the E.P.No.137/2023 in O.S.No.225/2010 pending on the file of the learned 1st Additional District Court, Madurai District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the revision petitioner is that eventhough the arguments were heard on 23.09.2024, so far orders have not been passed by the concerned Execution Court.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose the petition in E.P.No. 137 of 2023 in O.S.No.225 of 2010, pending on his file, within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
