Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 herein not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.
3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2, on summons. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is appeared for enquiry, the respondent No.2 shall not harass him and he shall complete the said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
