By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. 2.This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the Revision Petition dated 02.09.2024. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
4.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, without going into merits, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the Revision Petition dated 02.09.2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
