2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that there is no encroachment and in fact, after due enquiry, patta has been given to the fourth respondent in the Writ Petition by proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti, dated 31.12.2020.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti, dated 31.12.2020 granting patta to the fourth respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
