ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the R1 and R2 to withdraw the complaint, dated 31.10.2023 pending before the R3 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police for further enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has not conducted any proper enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has filed a complaint without even mentioning the date. There is no question of transfer of enquiry at this stage. The petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent and co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, 2/4

either the third respondent or the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if they are aggrieved with.
