2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) reported that now the offence has been altered to Sections 3(1)(s),3(2)(va) and 3(1)(w)(i) of SC/ST Act and Section 5(2) r/w.6 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances the petitioner is not entitled for any relief. He has to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail 2/4
