: Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.51 of 2013 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and to entrust the same to the 3rd respondent for investigation and further directing the 3rd respondent to appoint a competent officer to investigate the cause of death of the petitioner's son Mahendran aged 25 years.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.51 of 2013 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and to entrust the same to the 3rd respondent for investigation and further directing the 3rd respondent to appoint a competent officer to investigate the cause of death of the petitioner's son Mahendran aged 25 years.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 1st respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as "Action Dropped'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
