This petition is filed to transfer investigation of the case in Crime No.643 of 2013 pending on the file of the Thuckalay police station to any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Police and further to file a final report in the said case within a reasonable time. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 1st respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as 'Undetected'. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
