Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor of the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is the father of the minor girl. The girl had eloped with the third respondent. They had gone to Chennai. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.482 of 2024 under the provisions of POCSO Act. He has also been secured. The girl informs us that she will go with her parents. We have also suitably counselled the parents. 3.This habeas corpus petition is disposed of accordingly. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
