O R D E R
This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to engage a honest Senior Police Officer for the investigation of a case in Crime No.322 of 2013, registered by the 2nd respondent under his direct supervision and file a final report.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 2nd respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as "Mistake of Fact."
