This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent no. 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner to fence his property in S.No. 265/2B and 265/3, Thalaivankottai Village, Kadaiyanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District compromised in Patta No. 3208 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed. Nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

3.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
