JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 04.01.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.9699 of 2018 on the file of this Court. 2.Mr.G.Karnan, learned counsel, who took notice on behalf of the respondent, placed the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued on 12.11.2018 before this Court and submitted that pending Writ Petition, the appellants granted benefit to the respondent on 12.11.2018 and the said fact was not brought before the Writ Court. He further submitted that the respondent himself satisfied with the said proceedings dated 12.11.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent. 3.In the light of the aforesaid proceedings, this Writ Appeal is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed, accordingly, it is dismissed.
