This petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.358 of 2010, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.358 of 2010 and closed as 'mistake of fact' on 15.03.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

However, it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
