2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.392 of 2022 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, on 23.11.2022, but the same was not taken on file so far.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the pendency of this case, he cannot go aboard for job. Hence, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report within the stipulated time. After taking into cognizance, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome, he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
