2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the third respondent's complaint enquiry was conducted and the same was closed directing the parties to approach the civil court and he also produced a copy of the closure report.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
