This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the original order, dated 03.07.2025 in Cr.M.P.No.4959 of 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur.

2.Heard Mr.O.R.Gokul Abimanyu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 6 and 7.

3.Today, when the matter is being taken up, Mr.O.R.Gokul Abimanyu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, dated 09.10.2025, certified copy of the order, dated 03.07.2025 made in Cr.M.P.No.4959 of 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, has been produced before this Court today, which is now taken on record. 3/5
