ORDER : This petition coming on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time"and upon perusing the Letter in D.No.3110 of 2015, dated 30.12.2015, submitted by Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, as well as the earlier order of this Court dated 23.04.2015, and in the presence of Mr.T.Lenin Kumar learned Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil sought further extension of six months time to dispose of the case in CC.No.63 of 2013. 2.Time is extended for further period of six months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
