ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.09.2025 and to take necessary action against the respondents No.3 to 6.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
