(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The detenu went missing and hence, a criminal case was registered by the second respondent. Since the girl was not traced, the present Habeas Corpus petition came to be filed.
3. Following the notice issued in the HCP, the girl was traced. The girl appeared before this Court and expressed her desire to go with her parents.
4. We suitably counselled not only the parents but also the detenu. Nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of.
