Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition No.5 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15230 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to produce sureties. Hence, he prays for modification of the above-mentioned condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner and considering the nature of offence, the condition No.5 imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.15230 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025, is modified as follows:- ''5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees 2/4

Ten Thousand Only) with two blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, Madurai District, and on further conditions that:-"
