Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6867 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4897 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 in connection with Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6867 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4897 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 in connection with Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
