Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No. 6(b) in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14557 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 in connection with Crime No.412 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a college student and now he is residing at his parents home at Trichy. Hence, he prays for modification of the above-mentioned condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner and considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.14557 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, is modified as follows:- ''6(b).the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;"
