The petitioners herein are the accused in Crime No.313 of 2007, on the file of the 1st respondent police. This application has been filed under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the said FIR and quash the same as illegal.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent are present. Further, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State represented that after completing the investigation, the said FIR was closed on 28.07.2009 itself.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
