ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the third respondent. The petitioner has sought relief against the private respondents before the second respondent. All that she wants is disposal of her petition. The statute envisages that the application filed under the Act should be disposed of within two months. I direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months. The private respondents should of-course be heard / put on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
