ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondent to refund the lease amount of Rs.2,20,000/- with due interest from 20.08.2022, in view of the surrender of premises on 19.08.2022 and for other such reliefs.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the lease amount would be settled within a period of two weeks. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is given liberty to reopen the Writ Petition, if the amount is not settled within the period stipulated. There shall be no order as to costs.
