ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 290 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 290 days, however, on payment of costs.
