2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 09.01.2026, in paragraph No.2 (i), it has been wrongly mentioned as 'interim custody of the vehicles', instead of the "interim custody of the Registration Certificate".

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition 2(i) is incorporated as follows: "2...

(i) The petitioner is permitted to make a suitable application before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, seeking interim custody of the Registration Certificate mentioned in the petition, by filing an undertaking affidavit in addition to the petition, stating that he shall return the same after renewal within a period of two months".
