Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9665 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9665 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when 2/4
required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
