ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the R1 to R3 provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.11.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in crime number 364 of 2023 was registered under sections 147, 294(b), 506(i) IPC against 25 persons on 26.11.2023. 3.In view of the above said submission, the question of granting police protection does not required at this stage. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
