Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13142 of 2025 dated 07.08.2025. .
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13142 of 2025 dated 07.08.2025 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a 2/4
month ie., on first working day of Every English Calendar Month, at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
