This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.208 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) represents that in this case, investigation was over and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and it was taken on file as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.C.No.231 of 2013 and the same is pending. Since, charge sheet has been

filed and it was taken on file, quashing of FIR will not arise and therefore, no direction is necessary in this petition. 4.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action in the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
