(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's sentence was suspended by stipulating the usual conditions. The 1/3

petitioner has filed this petition stating that the sureties arranged by him are not having any means. The petitioner has also produced the no means certificate from the jurisdictional VAO.

3. Taking into account these aspects, we direct the court below to accept the surety bonds as such without insisting on supporting documents.
