ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 706 days in re-presenting the second appeal.
2. I have heard Mr.B.Saravana, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners / appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the caveator. The learned counsel for the caveator objects for the delay, since it is huge for 706 days.
3. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit. Though the delay is 706 days in representing, considering the reasons adduced, it would be proper to condone the delay, putting the petitioners on terms.
4. In such circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition to pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks. Post after two weeks "for reporting compliance".
