ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his autism diseased daughter's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024 to initiate necessary action as per law.

The petitioner, resident of Door No. 40/37, 8th Kaamaranupuram Street, Pudukottai submitted that the brother of the petitioner Senthilkumar had some financial dealing with one K.R.Kumar and others for his own needs and he has not paid the financiers for which a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument and other proceedings have been initiated. His brother -in-law residing at M.A.K.Building 725 North second street (Pudukottai). This being so, one Vetri, Prem along with some more persons had come in a car bearing Reg. No. TN 22 BQ 8356 barged into the petitioner's house and threatened the petitioner and also taken away some documents from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got an autistic child and she need calm and peace. On the contrary the muscle men under the guise of recovering the money from the brother of the petitioner are disturbing him for which the petitioner 2/5
has sent a representation to the respondent police. He has also sent representation to the Superintendent of Police. The petitioner was called to the police station made to wait in the police station for hours together waiting for the Vetri and other counter petitioners and they since they had not turned up the petitioner was let off, hence the petitioner having no other option has filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the brother of the petitioner is the chronic defaulter who had collected money from several persons. For search of his brother some financiers have gone there. The complaint of the petitioner given to the Superintendent of Police has been forwarded to the jurisdiction police and the enquiry is still pending. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police give his explanation and considering the same appropriate action would be taken.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police on 3/5
13.12.2024 and on which date the respondent police shall also ensure the presence of the counter petitioners and finding that if the petitioner is unnecessarily harassed appropriate steps to be taken.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
