ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation regard to the Crime No. 249 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to some other competent investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Kovilpatti through online on 09.02.2025, thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.

4. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law if 2/4

anything omitted in the final report. Since charge sheet was already filed, it is for the trial Court to take on file immediately without any further delay.
