O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent, dated 31.05.2024 thereby, keep the document as pending for verification of the document.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. The property comprised in Survey No.475 situated at Pushpathur Village, Keeranur, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District belonged to one Rajalakshmi Paper Mills Pvt. Ltd., by exchange of the properties with Sattur Venkateshwara Paper Mills (Pvt) Ltd., by exchange deed vide Document No.1282/2024. Thereafter, the remaining property in the very same number was purchased by the petitioner and presented the same for registration. However, the respondent keep the document as pending and informed the petitioner that it is kept pending for verification, so far neither registered nor rejected. 2/4

5. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to pass orders on the sale deed presented by the petitioner either by registration or by rejection by issuance of refusal check slip within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
