O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry by considering the representation dated 06.11.2023. 2.According to the petitioner, there is money transaction between him and the father of the third and fourth respondents. Hence, the third and fourth respondents make harassment to the petitioner. Therefore, he made a complaint before the Mathichiyam Police Station. On the basis of the same, FIR was registered and the same was closed on the ground of compromise.

3.That being the situation, now the third respondent made a complaint before the jurisdictional police station, namely Kadupatti Police Station, the second respondent herein. Now on receiving the summons from the second respondent, the petitioner appeared and disclosed the compromise and also pendency of the suit between the parties. In spite of that they have making harassment to the petitioner. Hence, this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that enquiry in this case was completed and hence, there no harassment on the part of the second respondent. Recording the same, this Court issued direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner further.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
