This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the Petitioner to implead the 6th Respondent viz., The Inspector of Police, Palanichettypatti Police Station, Theni District as proposed 6th Respondent in Crl.RC(MD)No.1211 of 2025.

2. Heard Mr.Anantha Padmanabhan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.S.Sukumar, for M/s.APN Law Associates, appearing for the Revision Petitioner. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the proposed 6th Respondent. 3.The learned Counsel for the Respondents has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the impleading petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title within 48 hours.
