Earlier, this Court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 15880 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025, in the order copy it has been wrongly mentioned as the investigation has been completed, but the investigation is not yet completed. Therefore the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent made request to make necessary corrections in the said order and for reissuance of a fresh order copy.

3.Accordingly, paragraph Nos.4 and 5 shall be replaced as follows:- 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the investigation is not yet completed and there is no previous case pending as against the petitioners. However, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the period of incarceration suffered by the petitioners, even though the investigation is not yet completed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, subject to the following conditions. 1/3

4. All other conditions imposed on the petitioners shall remain intact except for the above said correction.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 22.09.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.
