Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent.

3. The petitioner is having a private dispute with the private respondents. However, interim relief is sought against the local police. The fifth respondent through counsel informs this Court that they have nothing to do with the said dispute at all.
4. If the private respondents are seeking to dispossess the petitioner by demolishing the temple, his remedy is to go before the jurisdictional civil Court. If any such suit is filed, it shall be numbered immediately provided that papers are in order. The Court below shall number the suit as well as the IA and endeavour to dispose of the IA on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
