ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader made it clear that the authorities will take further action only based on the decision to be rendered in I.T.C.M.A.No.1 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai. The petitioner need not have any apprehension till then. If pursuant to the direction given by any other Hon'ble Division Bench, the petitioner is facing any threat, it is for the petitioner to move the concerned Bench.
