This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the second respondent's wife, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.11.2024. A closure report has also been produced.
