This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation in respect of the case in Crime No.69 of 2010, Kallal Police Station to CBCID, Sivagangai or some other competent superior agency.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that though the final report has been filed, re-investigation was directed to be ordered by the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District and the same is pending.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition for
