O R D E R

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner is the son of the detenu. The petitioner's father is aged about 63 years. He was missing for quite some time. That led to the filing this habeas corpus petition.

2.The third respondent has produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that he is going with the petitioner and his daughter-in-law. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this habeas corpus petition.
