This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the money of sum of Rs.25,000/-, which was deposited by the petitioner as security on 16.08.2007 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, in Crime No.61 of 2007 on the file of the respondent police.
2.Learned c ounsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8163 of 2013 on condition that he should deposit Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.61 of 2007 and accordingly, the petitioner deposited the amount. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been acquitted from the criminal case and therefore, he is entitled for refund of the amount. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the charge sheet filed against the petitioner was taken as C.C.No.158 of 2010 and he was acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai.

the amount of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the petitioner to the credit of Crime No.61 of 2007 forthwith.
