3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.12899/2025 dated 25.07.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District, daily twice ie., morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 6.30 p.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
