The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.393 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.97 of 2024 and the same was ended in acquittal by way of order dated 21.03.2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
